Currently in England, 5.4 million people live with cardiovascular disease, around 8.6 million live with chronic respiratory disease and 8.2 million people live with mental health issues. WebNow, as we approach the half-way point in that 10-year strategy, it is time to take stock: to look at what progress has been made towards these goals and what remains to be done. We want the people of the Isle of Man to know what to expect from us over the next few years. There is a further important reason for this review.
