Hey guys so I just received my Bowflex at home and I've only opened one of them up to try and it seems that I can't twist the dial on one of the sides of the dumbbell. I've tried pressing it down but still can't turn the dial. I'm hoping that I'm missing something as I'd hate to be stuck with a defective model.
